smells like nirvana
Celebrate the legendary sounds of Nirvana & Kurt Cobain with national-traveling Nirvana tribute band Smells Like Nirvana as they perform songs from Nevermind, In Utero, Bleach, and more...including b-sides and deep cuts.
Smells Like Nirvana is based out of Chicago and is composed of front man Paul Wandtke (ex Trivium, Dead Original), drummer Sean McCole, and bassist Mike Petrasek (Bedlem). As hardcore Nirvana fans, their tribute to Nirvana is a haunting episode of grunge-filled angst without click or backing tracks, a trait that is rare in today’s contemporary musical landscape and one that Nirvana lived by.
Make song requests at smellslikenirvanatribute.com, and include the date of Indiana's Bacon Festival (8/27/022).
Showtime - 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.

cook & belle
Born and raised in the heartland, Bret and Michelle fell for music long before falling for each other. After decades of performing all over the country together and opening for artists such as Rascal Flatts, Lonestar, Charlie Daniels, Dierks Bentley, Montgomery Gentry, Trace Adkins, and Steve Miller Band, Bret and Michelle’s passion to create and entertain has only grown. Whether you’ve watched them on their Emmy award-winning TV show ‘Cook and Belle’s Playhouse’, heard their songs on the radio, listened to one of their many records, or are just listening for the very first time, you will feel and hear years of passion and hard work that had one thing in mind…You. Their powerful mix of country, soul, 60’s and 70’s, and gospel will take the entire family for a ride.
